Role Overview

• Provide effective customer service for all internal and external customers
• Multi-task on phone while accessing computers and multiple computer systems
• Obtain and verify information or data from selected client’s knowledge database
• Manage and resolve customer issue(s) on initial call
• Enter, record and maintain customer information
