The Regional Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth within Jamaica by selling managed services, and IT solutions including cloud, cybersecurity, business continuity solutions, and Value Added Resale (VAR) to enterprise and mid-market customers
Develop a market sizing and Go-to-Market Plan for the territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within major government and private sector accounts
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets
Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on managed services, IT services, or technology solutions
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a regional or national role
Good understanding and experience implementing proven sales methodologies
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Deep understanding of managed services, including cloud services, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and related technologies
