Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aimed at customer expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities in collaboration with demand generation, sales, and product teams.
Plan and implement multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns across all stages of the customer journey, leveraging webinars, events, email, social media, SEM, display advertising, retargeting, and content syndication.
Identify and nurture expansion opportunities within existing accounts using data-driven strategies, targeting customers most likely to adopt new products or features.
Collaborate with the product team to drive product-led growth campaigns, including feature launches, in-app messaging, onboarding programs, and product education initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as MQLs, SQLs, and expansion opportunities, to ensure lead volume and funnel efficiencies meet sales pipeline goals.
Apply an experimentation mindset to continuously test, learn, and optimize campaigns for improved ROI.
Coordinate webinars and tradeshow activations to support customer engagement and expansion initiatives.
Provide guidance and enablement materials for Sales and Sales Development teams to support outreach and expansion efforts.
Partner with internal teams including sales, product marketing, and design to align campaigns with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
5-8 years of marketing experience with a focus on driving demand through lifecycle marketing.
Demonstrable expertise in account-based marketing strategies, tactics, technologies, and campaign measurement.
Deep understanding of the demand waterfall and conversion optimization strategies.
Experience planning and executing campaigns that target expansion opportunities or similar strategic accounts is a plus.
Strong sense of accountability and ownership, with the ability to manage programs and communicate results effectively.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration, project management, and influencing skills.
Experience using HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms for campaign management.
Experience creating brand messaging aligned with assets and campaigns.
Curiosity and ability to work alongside the product team to develop product-led growth strategies is highly desirable.
