About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute advanced outreach strategies tailored specifically to the prop trading Industry
Identify and reach prop firm owners, founders, or key decision-makers who are not publicly visible
Go beyond generic email outreach and create multi-channel strategies (LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, private communities, referrals, databases, etc.)
Research and map the prop trading ecosystem to uncover real contacts
Personalize outreach messages to maximize response and conversion rates
Track outreach performance, response rates and continuously optimize strategies
Work closely with the sales and management team to qualify and hand over high-quality leads**
Requirements
Proven experience in outreach and lead generation within the prop trading, brokerage, trading, fintech, or financial services industry
Strong understanding of the prop firm business model and its unique challenges
Demonstrated ability to reach hard-to-access decision-makers
Creative, strategic thinker who does not rely on standard templates or mass outreach
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent written English and communication skills
Self-driven, structured and results-oriented
