Role Overview
Drive new business and consistently exceed sales targets
Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
Take a customer-first, consultative approach to understand needs and recommend tailored solutions
Lead virtual product demonstrations that showcase HubSpot’s value
Build and nurture strong relationships with senior decision-makers
Partner with marketing, success, and technical teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Continuously learn market trends and sharpen your sales approach
Requirements
3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles
Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close net new business
Confident communicator with experience engaging senior leaders
A growth mindset with curiosity and resilience
Customer obsessed — you solve for the customer and celebrate their success.
