Monitor the performance and availability of Mulesoft integrations and APIs.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to the Mulesoft platform.
Collaborate with the development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of integrations.
Implement best practices for monitoring and alerting mechanisms.
Document system configurations, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders, for workaround or defects resolution
Participate in incident management and root cause analysis.
Continuously assess integration platform performance and recommend improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in IT support or software development with Mulesoft.
Understanding of integration architecture and API management.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
