Requirements
Some experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or FinTech — or you can convince us with your drive and eagerness to learn.
No fear of cold outreach: you proactively approach people and see every conversation as an opportunity to create real value.
Strong communication skills: you can explain complex topics clearly, empathetically and reliably — both in writing and verbally.
You are motivated, disciplined and resilient — you stay committed even when things get challenging.
Curiosity and structure: you ask targeted questions to really understand your counterparts’ needs and work in a systematic way.
Very good German (C2) and solid English language skills to collaborate successfully with our customers and colleagues.
