Sales Manager

Role Overview

• You interact with prospective customers via phone and email.
• You are responsible for actively selling our POS solution to warm leads.
• You manage prospective customer inquiries.
• Efficient management of the communication process is a basic requirement for you.
• You enjoy thinking creatively and implementing your own ideas for customer acquisition.
• You continuously optimize your sales processes and inspire your colleagues.
• You proactively provide feedback to improve processes.

Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of experience in sales and ideally initial experience in the B2B/SaaS sector (career changers are welcome).
• You are a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals.
• You work quickly and efficiently, are self-motivated, and have an above-average willingness to perform.
• You demonstrate a strong quality awareness for our product.
• You identify with our company philosophy and have an affinity for software solutions.
• You possess professionalism and tact in contract negotiations and in serving high-value clients.
• Closing and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to act independently, are among your key qualifications.
