About this role
Role Overview
You interact with prospective customers via phone and email.
You are responsible for actively selling our POS solution to warm leads.
You manage prospective customer inquiries.
Efficient management of the communication process is a basic requirement for you.
You enjoy thinking creatively and implementing your own ideas for customer acquisition.
You continuously optimize your sales processes and inspire your colleagues.
You proactively provide feedback to improve processes.
Requirements
You have at least 5 years of experience in sales and ideally initial experience in the B2B/SaaS sector (career changers are welcome).
You are a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals.
You work quickly and efficiently, are self-motivated, and have an above-average willingness to perform.
You demonstrate a strong quality awareness for our product.
You identify with our company philosophy and have an affinity for software solutions.
You possess professionalism and tact in contract negotiations and in serving high-value clients.
Closing and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to act independently, are among your key qualifications.
