Provide input in development and implementation of strategic plans to meet organizational goals
Communicate customer requirements internally by collaborating with the QSR, Foodservice, Retail and Protein teams to lead opportunities that cross segments
Actively participate in sales forecasting activities to support goals while still meeting customer requirements
Working with the North American sales team, penetrate key customers by broadening the portfolio scope of products sold
Supports execution of pricing strategy, including pricing action at key customers
Evaluates product and service marketability in terms of customers’ needs
Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition
Aligns with marketing, customer service, R&D, culinary, sensory, insights, and others to ensure the broader team is focused and informed of key customer opportunities and challenges
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Food Science, or related Education requirement OR equivalent
At least 7 years’ experience in Sales or Business Development within Food, CPG, or Ingredients industry
At least 3 years’ experience in each sales leadership and people leadership
