Drive expansion: Systematically identify growth opportunities within your customer portfolio through upselling, cross-selling and developing new business areas within existing accounts.
Work with clear revenue targets and own your customers revenue expansion.
Manage existing customers strategically: Own a portfolio of enterprise customers in the DACH region and build long-term, trust-based partnerships.
Lead contract renewals end-to-end: Manage renewals independently and secure sustainable revenue growth.
Build C-level relationships: Establish relationships at VP and C-level and position Alasco as a strategic partner.
Develop long-term strategies with account plans together with Product, Customer Engineering and Marketing.
Bring market feedback into the product: Identify customer needs and communicate them in a structured way to our product and engineering teams.
Communicate the vision: Represent Alascos vision for a digitized construction and real estate industry confidently at all levels of the customer organization.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in B2B sales with demonstrable negotiation successes at VP/C-level
Experience managing complex customer organizations with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Strong communication and persuasion skills across different hierarchy levels
Experience in SaaS sales
Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 in both)
