Account Penetration: Identify and engage new hiring managers and stakeholders within your assigned accounts to expand Malt’s footprint.
Lead Generation: Proactively source new opportunities and projects by understanding the internal needs of different business units.
Product Evangelism: Deliver targeted product demos and workshops to ensure all users master the platform and understand the benefits of the Malt model.
Consultative Matching: Serve as a talent advisor by helping clients define their needs and selecting the most relevant freelance profiles from our community.
Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based daily relationships with operational managers to become their go-to partner for all talent-related needs.
Sales Discipline: Maintain accurate CRM records to track activity, forecast growth, and report on the health of your accounts.
Requirements
1–4 years of professional experience managing complex full-cycle B2B sales, ideally in consulting and/or SaaS
Degree from a business school or equivalent qualification
Excellent formal communication and presentation skills, with experience organizing and leading C-level meetings
Strong appetite for business development and a proactive hunter mentality to create new opportunities in markets where partnerships are still being built
Curiosity and the ability to quickly map a client’s organization and identify key decision-makers
Knowledge of the tech ecosystem and related roles is a clear asset
Native-level French speaker with full professional proficiency in English and comfortable collaborating in an international environment
