- Coordinate international transport operations for customer shipments
- Manage relationships with service providers, including agents and carriers
- Keep clients updated on shipment progress and proactively resolve issues
- Handle invoicing and customer billing inquiries and discrepancies
- Develop and structure operational strategies
Requirements
- Strong interest in the transport industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in French and English.
