Requirements
Initial experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or FinTech — or convince us with your drive and appetite to learn.
No fear of cold outreach: you proactively approach people and see every conversation as an opportunity to create real value.
Strong communication skills: you can explain complex topics clearly, empathetically and reliably — both in writing and verbally.
Motivation, discipline and resilience define you — you persevere even when things get challenging.
Curiosity & structure: you ask targeted questions to truly understand your counterpart’s needs and work in a systematic way.
Excellent German language skills (C2) and solid English skills to collaborate successfully with our customers and colleagues.
