About this role
Role Overview
Own and grow all aspects of customer health as well as quotes and order processes for your markets
Build and execute account growth strategies and maintain strong relationships with top accounts
Close, grow, and foster new customer accounts from the beginning of the sales cycle
Process quotes and orders, while ensuring the quality of the product, competitive pricing, and service levels are met and exceed customer expectations
Communicate with customers to ensure that specs are met, address/resolve any concerns or issues the customers have pre, mid, or post order
Travel to the USA for in-person client meetings and trade shows on a quarterly basis
May coordinate and optimize deliveries
Maintain a healthy supplier relationship with all our vendors
Requirements
3+ years of experience in full-cycle Sales
Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
Logistics, Operations or Supply Chain experience a plus
College Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
Written and spoken fluency in English. Spanish a plus.
Advanced knowledge of the Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets) or Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
