You grow your portfolio by actively prospecting from a pool of pre-identified clients
You support clients in their loan (borrower) insurance projects. Your objective: help them save money and/or obtain a better level of coverage
Your role is to make the client's process as easy as possible by removing all administrative burden: Pretto handles 100% of the transfer from insurer A to insurer B
You identify referral opportunities among your clients
You contribute to the development of the insurance team by helping to continuously improve our processes and our tools & tech
Requirements
At least one prior sales experience (including internships or apprenticeships)
Strong interpersonal skills and a good telephone manner
Ability to explain opaque administrative processes in a clear and accessible way
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Curiosity and a strong desire to learn quickly while working with a variety of profiles (web, software engineers, credit specialists…)
An aptitude for organization and rigor: two essential qualities to succeed in this role
