Conduct confident negotiations: Whether with practice owners, physicians, or administrative leaders—you persuade diverse decision-makers with empathy, clarity, and negotiation skill.
Work driven by KPIs: You rely on data, manage your funnel efficiently, and keep your goals and metrics in focus.
Requirements
Some experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or FinTech—or you can convince us with your drive and eagerness to learn.
Comfortable with cold outreach: You proactively approach people and see every conversation as an opportunity to create real value.
Strong communication skills: You can convey complex information clearly, empathetically, and reliably—both written and verbal.
Motivation, discipline, and resilience: You persevere even when things get challenging.
Curiosity & structure: You ask targeted questions to truly understand your interlocutors’ needs and work methodically.
Excellent German skills (C2) and solid English skills to collaborate effectively with customers and colleagues.
