Research and identify potential dealer partners in priority U.S. states.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, online networking, and digital channels.
Deliver compelling sales presentations (via video conferencing and digital tools) highlighting Canadian-made advantage, product innovation, and dealer profitability model.
Negotiate and secure new dealer agreements to expand the U.S. dealer network.
Consistently meet or exceed dealer recruitment and sign-up targets.
Support new dealers remotely with onboarding, including showroom setup guidance, merchandising recommendations, and sales process orientation.
Provide dealer staff with product knowledge, features, competitive advantages, and sales & marketing materials to help them achieve early success.
Conduct online market research to track competitive activity and identify regional growth opportunities.
Requirements
Proven track record in business development, dealer recruitment, or B2B sales.
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills; comfortable with outbound calling and digital lead generation.
Hot Tub, Swim Spa, or related wellness industry experience is a major plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently from the Philippines.
Strong organizational and reporting skills; comfortable with CRM and online sales tools.
