Define and deliver the long-term technology vision for EverWell
Set the technical direction across Timely and SalonBiz, ensuring our platforms are secure, scalable, and innovative
Oversee platform architecture and modernization, driving improvements in cloud strategy, DevOps, and system reliability
Build and lead distributed engineering teams, fostering a culture of trust, inclusion, and high performance
Own delivery KPIs, budgets, vendors, and tooling, ensuring platforms meet performance and security standards
Partner closely with EverCommerce on compliance and risk

10+ years in Engineering leadership roles, ideally across multiple SaaS products or business units
Proven experience leading engineering and platform teams at scale
Strong commercial acumen
Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, DevOps, platform thinking, and modern SDLC practices
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on engagement and pragmatism
Track record of growing inclusive and high-performance engineering cultures
Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder management
