Support New Business & Organic Growth: Lead strategy development for pitches and proposals, partner with account leads to identify and shape organic growth opportunities, define positioning and messaging for new opportunities, build compelling storylines
Lead Early-Stage Strategy Development: Develop briefs, facilitate workshops, summarize inputs into clear strategic direction
Drive Earned-First Ideation: Partner with teams to produce ideas, ensure ideas are culturally relevant and executable
Turn Insight into Action: Analyze research and market dynamics, translate inputs into strategic actions
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with various teams, contribute to creative briefs, ensure strategy is executed
Contribute to Strategic Excellence: Enhance strategy across new business and early-stage work, share frameworks and tools
Requirements
8+ years of experience in communications strategy
Experience in healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical communications required
Experience with patient, caregiver, and HCP audiences
Demonstrated experience supporting or leading new business and pitch strategy
Experience developing creative briefs and facilitating workshops with clients and internal teams
Storytelling and presentation skills
Experience working across integrated communications (earned, social, digital, paid)
Knowledge to connect cultural trends, media shifts, and emerging technologies (including AI) to strategy
Collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments
