Role Overview
- Provide remote customer service, support, and training;
- Serve clients with diverse profiles and businesses both proactively and reactively;
- Monitor and support projects using agile methodologies.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Comfortable interacting with customers;
- Autonomy: must be able to set and meet deadlines, organize their routine, and be proactive;
- Understanding of Internet technologies, including web browsers;
- Heavy user of web-based tools.
Nice to have:
- Practical experience with WordPress;
- Experience creating or managing websites, blogs, or online stores;
- Knowledge and/or experience in e-commerce, especially in online store management or marketplace sales;
