Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional communities.
Build and maintain longlists and shortlists of potential candidates.
Conduct initial screenings (CV reviews and intro calls).
Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and TA Specialists.
Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in the ATS.
Support recruitment projects and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
At least 6 months of experience in a recruitment team (as a sourcer or recruiter).
Interest in sourcing for roles such as developers, QA engineers, product owners, business analysts, support engineers, tech leads, finance specialists, and legal professionals.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt.
