Internship – General Manager

Role Overview

• Support to the development of our Spanish office and activity (60%):
• Conduct in-depth data analysis (sales performance, financial performance, operational productivity, client recurrence, unit margin, trends, etc.) to identify improvement levers and recommend concrete action plans
• Run extensive lead generation initiatives to feed the Spanish sales pipeline and support BDRs and AEs in closing new accounts
• Act as CRM referent for the Spanish team: ensure data reliability, optimize processes and improve sales performance tracking
• Run local marketing missions (coordination of webinar planning, email campaigns, Linkedin posts, etc.)
• Prepare monthly 360° reporting to the ExCo, detailing our financial, operational and sales performance
• Support the construction and monitoring of the local Business Plan, including financial forecasting and profitability analysis
• Contribute to accounting follow-up and financial performance monitoring
• Prepare structured reporting (financial, operational and sales performance) to support strategic decision-making
• Serve as a local point of contact and relay between Spanish office and HQ teams
• Project management (20%), in collaboration with Business Performance team:
• Conduct structuring projects in autonomy, in order to increase sales teams performance or generate new business opportunities.
• Recruitment (20%):
• Source profiles and manage a diverse pipe of candidates
• Adapt our recruitment strategy to local market
• Contribute to building out local office culture
• Drive local legal and HR projects.

Requirements

• You are looking for an internship starting on the 1st of July 2026 for at least 6 months
• You have at least one previous internship with a relevant experience.
• You have an analytical mind with an appetite for data, but you also know how to dive into the operational side of things.
• You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and organizational skill.
• You are fluent in English. Additional Spanish and French is highly recommended but not mandatory.
