Oversee and manage a national team responsible for technician development.\n
Ensure timely hosting of Hyundai’s experiential technical training to our dealership network.\n
Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet training performance KPIs.\n
Lead the National Technician Development team for technical training classes.\n
Enforce adult learning facilitation practices to improve technician diagnostic capabilities.\n
Update Instructor Led Training (ILT) content based on internal data.\n
Prepare and present reports on training initiatives' impact.\n
Support aspiring technician development programs.\n
Collaborate with Sr. Manager, Tech Training Programs, Regions, and dealerships.\n
Establish standards for training centers' maintenance and upkeep.\n
Visit training centers, dealers, and headquarters as needed.\n
Manage the annual budget for training centers and equipment.\n
Manage the national training vehicle fleet.\n
Coordinate the disposal of training vehicles.\n
Strategize with senior staff to align training efforts.\n
Coach, counsel, and develop staff for high engagement and satisfaction.\n
Utilize staff talents while focusing on company goals.\n
Lead staff in achieving annual objectives and training KPIs.\n
Collaborate across departments to improve services and skills.\n
Manage hiring and development of the Technician Development team.\n
Handle day-to-day administrative duties as a manager.
Requirements
Must be a high school graduate.\n
Bachelor’s degree preferred.\n
Master’s degree a plus.\n
At least eight years of experience, with at least five years of directly related experience in automotive technical operations.\n
