About this role
Role Overview
Prospecting new clients and managing incoming leads in our funnel;
Conducting online meetings to understand client needs (briefing);
Preparing commercial proposals;
Scheduling online meetings to present proposals;
Negotiating and closing deals with clients;
Opening new accounts at the agency together with the operations team;
Managing your client portfolio, mediating conflicts and any necessary alignments.
Requirements
Proficiency with sales CRMs and a consultative sales process (preference for Pipedrive)
Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections
Experience selling high‑ticket services
Experience working in digital agencies
Knowledge of digital marketing or its specializations
Proficiency in Pipedrive and RD Station with a sales focus
Experience using Meetime for calls
Strong knowledge of SPIN Selling techniques
Fluency in English or Spanish (written and spoken).
