Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow K2 University’s SAP or Salesforce ATP programs across EMEA
Identify, qualify, and engage with enterprise clients to understand their training and workforce development needs
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and key accounts through a consultative sales approach
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, and sales operations) to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and client satisfaction
Utilize networking, social selling, and direct outreach to generate leads and secure new business opportunities
Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
Stay current on SAP or Salesforce technologies, workforce trends, and competitor offerings to position K2 University effectively
Represent K2 University at key industry events and conferences to enhance visibility and grow business relationships
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, IT, or a related field
5+ years of experience in SAP or Salesforce services, consulting, or enterprise technology solutions
Strong understanding of SAP or Salesforce ecosystems and business challenges in enterprise environments
Interest in transitioning into training and education sales, with a willingness to learn and develop in this area
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
Willingness to travel as needed across EMEA to meet clients and support business development efforts
