Master Meta Acquisition: Design and manage high-performing Meta campaigns to drive challenge registrations. You will navigate platform restrictions by strategically positioning our offers as "trading" and "financial education" to ensure consistent delivery and avoid being blocked.
Own the Full-Funnel Architecture: You will build and manage the entire user journey, from initial click to final conversion. This involves designing Typeform quizzes, landing pages, and "warm-up" content that prepares cold audiences to commit to a challenge.
Lead Creative Quality Control: You will own the hooks, angles, and core performance copy. We avoid generic ads; you must have a sharp eye for what makes "good" creative, working with designers and editors to ensure our ads resonate with the target audience's psychology.
Performance Reporting & ROI: You will be 100% accountable for the commercial outcomes of your spend. You will monitor metrics daily to ensure we are generating revenue and not "cash-burning," shifting budgets and tweaking funnel logic based on hard data.
Strategic Audience Warming: You will be responsible for the "idea" of the traffic. You must understand what the audience is thinking when they click and how to move them through a funnel (e.g., simple quizzes or specific commitment hooks) to maximise conversion.
Execute Life-Cycle Journeys: Ensure that the transition from a Meta lead to a challenge participant is seamless. You will manage the tools and software required to track users and keep them engaged through to the final product.
Requirements
Meta Ads Specialist: You have deep, hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and a proven track record of scaling paid spend for info-products, webinars, or digital challenges.
Info-Product Mindset: You understand the story-driven nature of selling a "challenge" or "transformation" compared to a standard SaaS product. You know how to use urgency and value to drive sign-ups.
Analytical & Numbers-Driven: You are a "numbers person" who lives in analytics. You base every decision on data and can identify a "leak" in the funnel before it impacts the bottom line.
Technical Funnel Builder: You are comfortable using tools like Typeform, landing page builders, and CRM software to build the technical infrastructure of your funnels.
Creative Strategist: You can identify a generic ad from a mile away. You understand how to brief and iterate on high-performance creative that stops the scroll and converts.
Direct Communication: You speak and write clearly in UK English. You have a "bias to action" and are comfortable working in a lean, high-output team where you own the results.
