Develop and plan market access projects and activities, including submissions to CNEDiMTS and CEESP, with accountability for the successful completion of all project deliverables
Proactively lead and collaborate with Business Units on market access projects, including establishing new therapeutic/device charge codes, securing fair value recognition and obtaining appropriate reimbursement approvals to enable and improve access to Structural Heart Disease (SHD) solutions and simplify hospital decision-making
Select and manage consultants when additional expertise is required
Develop local market access opportunities within Strategic Accounts in collaboration with the Business Unit team
Provide direction and guidance to external project teams executing tactical market access projects and initiatives
Participate on internal product launch teams
Identify and evaluate opportunities for market access process improvement, course corrections, and alignment
Actively participate in industry working groups (in particular SNITEM) to represent Edwards' interests and influence policy formulation and implementation when appropriate
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare authorities
Additional education in Health Economics, Business, Political Science, or Communications preferred
8–10 years' significant experience in Market Access roles within the French healthcare environment
Solid experience in multinational pharmaceutical or medical device companies, or as a consultant to such companies, required
Interest in or knowledge of clinical trial methodology expected
Demonstrated expertise in pricing and reimbursement processes highly preferred
Native/near-native command of French, including excellent written communication skills, required
Fluent in English (spoken and written) required
Remote working possible; occasional travel required (less than 15% annually)
Self-motivated, results-oriented problem solver with strong ownership and leadership skills
Proven project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication and influencing skills; able to work in a matrix organization and liaise with authorities and officials
Ability to build strong relationships internally (BU partners, PA teams, Country Leadership Team, etc.) and externally with KOLs (clinicians, health economists, etc.) and healthcare authorities
Expert understanding of pricing and reimbursement processes
Expert understanding of the local healthcare system and political environment

Ability to deliver impactful communications using a balanced analytical and creative approach to complex technical matters
Ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate management

Ability to provide consultative support during project implementation within the Market Access team
