Role Overview
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media through Gorgias
- Manage and track orders, returns, and exchanges using Shopify
- Resolve product or order-related issues with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to improve the customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in a DTC company
- Strong proficiency with Gorgias and Shopify
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and provide timely, empathetic support
- Must be willing to work from Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM EST
