VP, Group Account Director – Market Access Marketing

Role Overview

• Acts as the business lead for the agency team
• Responsible for all facets of assigned client business
• Ensures proper alignment of resources to deliver against client vision
• Leads the team to deliver great work and client satisfaction
• Manages key accounts passionately
• Coauthors and presents marketing communication plans
• Ensures plans are strategically sound and imaginative
• Coaches account team throughout all stages of development
• Allocates resources effectively, balancing client needs with profitability
• Identifies organic growth opportunities

Requirements

• 10+ years pharmaceutical agency experience
• 5+ years in direct client/ brand account management
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in managing a team
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelors Degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related subject
• 3+ years of managed markets experience (preferred)
