They are seeking a hands-on Marketing Automation & AI Engineer to design and build automation workflows and AI-powered solutions that scale marketing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy automation & AI-driven workflows across marketing use cases
- Develop end-to-end solutions (data ingestion - transformation - orchestration - output)
- Build AI-powered systems using LLMs, prompt orchestration, agents, and RAG
- Integrate across tools like Salesforce, Marketo, CDPs, and CMS via APIs
- Create lightweight middleware (functions, scripts, nodes) for system connectivity
- Optimize workflows based on performance, adoption, and business impact
- Ensure governance, privacy, and reliability standards
- Document solutions and support continuous iteration
Requirements:
- Strong experience with AI (LLMs, RAG, prompt workflows)
- Solid background in Marketing / MarTech / Marketing Automation
- Hands-on experience with APIs & system integrations
- 4–7+ years in Marketing Automation / MarTech / technical roles
- Experience with tools like n8n, Zapier, or similar orchestration platforms
- Familiarity with AI-assisted dev tools (Codex, Claude, Cursor, etc.)
- Experience working with databases / structured data (Airtable, etc.)
- Ability to work across low-code, no-code, and code-based environments
- Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments
- Experience with enterprise stacks (Salesforce, Marketo, Segment, Contentful)
- Understanding of data pipelines and system architecture
