Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for positions in the operations departments, from candidate sourcing to offer presentation
In-person interviews and new employee onboarding
Ensure the implementation of a structured, proactive, and performance-focused recruitment process
Utilize various sourcing channels and tools to find potential candidates
Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) up-to-date and ensure its optimal use
Propose continuous improvements and innovate on best practices
Provide a first-class candidate experience
Develop and execute various recruitment strategies and create engaging content based on job requirements, in collaboration with the marketing team.
Stay updated on industry trends and proactively identify visibility opportunities for the company.
Participate in relevant events.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition
Bilingual proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written (an asset)
Experience in proactive candidate sourcing
Experience with various ATS (Experience with Rippling is an asset)
Experience in a staffing agency or startup (an asset)
Strong attention to detail
Able to solve problems with creativity and autonomy, leveraging automation, AI, workflows.
Excellent interpersonal skills, confidentiality, good judgment
