Own and lead end-to-end recruitment for senior-level, specialized, and high-impact roles across multiple portfolios
Act as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders by providing guidance on workforce planning, talent availability, role design, and hiring strategies
Use market intelligence, data, and trend analysis to influence hiring decisions and challenge assumptions
Plan, organize, and execute recruitment projects to meet hiring goals efficiently and within established timelines
Solve complex recruitment challenges, including sourcing hard-to-fill roles, navigating competitive markets, and managing candidate negotiations
Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers, executives, and HR partners
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, referrals, networking, market mapping, and digital channels
Deliver an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience from first contact through offer and onboarding
Continuously improve recruitment processes, introducing innovative sourcing approaches and leveraging technology to increase efficiency

7+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, including senior-level or specialized hiring
Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions
Strong sourcing capability and comfort recruiting in competitive talent markets
Experience recruiting across multiple functions (e.g., corporate, technical, operational, or professional roles)
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and selection methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
Experience working with ATS and recruitment technologies
