HR Business Partner

Role Overview

• Lead onboarding processes, internal marketing (employee communications) and engagement initiatives.
• Support leadership on employee engagement, company culture and development.
• Operate task management systems, Conexa Saúde, HR records and routine HR processes.
• Design and monitor learning paths, engagement/climate metrics and wellbeing initiatives.
• Manage recruitment and selection processes, especially for marketing and digital roles.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of HR experience (people-focused, not payroll/HR administration).
• Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in agencies or marketing/digital companies.
• Mid-level (Pleno) profile, ready to progress toward senior-level roles.
• Strong communication, active listening and strategic thinking.
• Ability to adapt and build trusting relationships.
• Familiarity with environments that use Artificial Intelligence as part of their strategy is a plus.
