Provides executive-level HR partnership to business leadership, aligning workforce strategy with business objectives to optimize performance, accelerate transformation, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
Guides adoption of analytics, automation, and AI-enabled HR capabilities to improve decision quality, scalability, and employee experience, while ensuring appropriate risk, privacy, and governance controls.
Partners with senior business leaders to shape and execute organizational and talent strategies that support growth, productivity, and operating model evolution.
Translates business strategy into workforce plans, capability roadmaps, and priorities across talent, performance, and organizational design.
Identifies opportunities where AI-enabled insights or automation can accelerate outcomes (e.g., workforce forecasting, skills planning, HR service optimization) and drives alignment across stakeholders.
Leads and develops a team of HR professionals; sets direction, priorities, and operating rhythm to deliver consistent, high-impact HR support.
Establishes KPI frameworks and executive dashboards that connect workforce indicators to business performance.
Leverages advanced analytics and AI-assisted insights to inform workforce planning, attrition/retention drivers, skills supply-demand, leadership pipeline health, and scenario planning.
Partners with HR tech/analytics teams to define requirements for AI-enabled solutions and to validate measurable impact (quality, speed, cost, experience).
Leads HR strategy for transformation initiatives, including organizational design, change management, communications, and leader enablement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
10+ years of related experience.
Experience sponsoring or leading initiatives involving workforce analytics, HR technology modernization, automation, or AI-enabled HR solutions; strong fluency in interpreting insights and translating them into business actions.
