About this role
Role Overview
Recruit 65 interns and work-study students independently: identify needs with operational teams, write and post job adverts, source candidates, conduct phone pre-screenings and interviews
Manage onboarding: organize and monitor new hires’ arrivals, facilitate integration sessions (Group and team-level)
Handle employee administrative tasks: draft contracts and amendments, manage internship agreements, liaise with schools, process funding requests with the OPCO, maintain employee files, track absences/leave, enter payroll information, and related administrative duties
Manage the internal talent pool: organize and conduct mid-program and end-of-program reviews, support employees in their career development, and identify talent together with managers
Contribute to HR projects with the HR Development team: “Career Boost” workshops, collective recruitment sessions (“Talent Days”), school forums, and animate the interns and work-study student community (after-work events, Student Club, etc.)
Requirements
You are currently studying at Master’s level (equivalent to Bac+4/Bac+5), ideally in Human Resources or a related field
Comfortable speaking and confident in public speaking, with clear communication skills
Proactive, autonomous and able to take initiative, with a solution-oriented mindset
Strong interpersonal skills, customer-service orientation and daily enthusiasm
Previous significant HR experience (internship or work-study) that has provided a solid foundation
Demonstrate rigor and reliability, essential for managing varied administrative tasks, including maintaining and updating HR reports
