You will join the Growth Team, Theodo’s recruitment team.
You will manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying talent to ensuring their successful integration into our teams.
Your primary mission: support Theodo’s growth (+15% per year) by attracting, selecting and convincing top talent.
Identify and leverage the most relevant sourcing channels (headhunting, employee referrals, applications, events, schools…).
Build and maintain a community/pipeline of potential candidates through nurturing, coaching and personalized follow-up.
Work with hiring managers to clarify needs and create clear, effective recruitment briefs.
Run a structured and smooth recruitment process, assessing skills, potential and cultural fit.
Qualify, coach and support candidates throughout the process up to successful hiring decisions.
Promote Theodo’s employer value proposition and convince talent to join us.
Requirements
Graduate of a top business or engineering school, ideally with initial experience at a tech company.
You thrive working in a team and place greater value on collective success than on individual performance alone.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you can build rapport in writing and verbally with both candidates and hiring managers.
Tenacious and quality-oriented, you care about the end-to-end candidate experience, including onboarding, and you are meticulous in tracking applications and maintaining data quality.
Enthusiastic about contributing to Theodo’s growth, you want to have a real business impact through your role.
