About this role

Supervise commercial activities, ensuring compliance with company policies
Monitor and guide negotiations and sales, adjusting strategies as needed
Develop, motivate and track the performance of the sales representatives team
Monitor KPIs and prepare strategic reports
Identify areas for improvement and propose creative solutions
Ensure technical knowledge of products to support the team
Serve as a point of reference for client relationships and market best practices

Valid driver's license (category B), own vehicle, laptop and mobile phone
Bachelor's degree (completed) in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management or related fields
Minimum of 2 years' experience supervising external/outside sales, preferably in the industrial sector
Knowledge of advanced negotiation techniques and B2B sales
Ability to prepare reports and analyze performance indicators
Proficiency with commercial tools (CRM, control spreadsheets, sales reporting)
