Build and own the full-funnel growth strategy: from awareness to activation to retention, building the playbook to reach the millions of pregnant women in the US each year
Drive consumer acquisition across all paid and organic channels (search, social, SEO, email, influencer/affiliate, etc.)
Own and optimize growth strategy and budget allocation across approaches, balancing near-term needs with longer term priorities
Plan and run growth experiments — from influencer outreach to giveaways to paid ads and beyond
Own content planning and creation for organic and paid campaigns, defining how we build and nurture long-term relationships with users across touchpoints
Requirements
You've successfully scaled a consumer product at an early-stage startup and are excited by this stage of growth
You’ve built and managed paid marketing budgets with strong ROI; you have strong creative instincts and are eager to plan/execute creative (not just placement/bid strategy)
You’re comfortable using data and analytical tools to inform decision making
You have exceptional communication skills and get-things-done instincts
You bring the ability to work independently and execute with velocity in a fast-paced, evolving environment
You’re comfortable wearing many hats, learning new tools or approaches, and diving into both tactical and strategic work with excitement
You have prior experience in a startup, early-stage, or a high-growth business during a period of rapid growth
