Support the definition and execution of journey strategies together with Product Design, Growth, and Tech teams, contributing analyses and insights to improve conversion across all funnel stages (acquisition, activation, and expansion).
Assist in monitoring projects and continuous improvements, ensuring initiatives align with performance goals and user experience.
Collaborate in Product Discovery processes, participating in customer interviews, journey analyses, and market research with the Product Design team.
Monitor and update performance dashboards and reports, ensuring accurate data for decision-making.
Support analyses of conversion and engagement funnels, helping identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Design, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to execute actions aimed at improving the user journey and experience.
Participate in hypothesis generation and A/B testing, tracking results and learning from experiments.
Requirements

Basic understanding of Product-Led Growth strategies and conversion metrics is a plus.
Basic knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) is a plus.
