3+ years of experience in growth focused marketing
Proven experience in data engineering and workflow automation, specifically as a power user of the growth stack, Clay, and AI-agentic tooling
Scientific experimentation mindset with an iterative approach to problem-solving and technical troubleshooting
Obsessive attention to detail in data strategy and audience building
Strong alignment with leadership principles, including availability, first-principles thinking, and a deep obsession with customer success
Results-oriented mindset with a high bias for action and accountability for hitting aggressive revenue goals
