About this role
Role Overview
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while maintaining a growing, self-sourced pipeline
Build and refine the outbound engine by testing messaging, cadences, triggers, and documenting what works
Explore and develop new demand channels through partnerships, communities, events, and inbound opportunities
Track results, analyze what converts, and share insights with leadership to optimize strategy and outreach
Requirements
3–5+ years in B2B sales or growth roles
Experience in selling services such as BPO, staffing, outsourcing, consulting, or managed services is a plus
Proven track record of building pipeline from scratch
Startup or early-stage experience strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication
