You work closely with colleagues from various teams, especially Customer Success, Sales, and Product, because we believe in true collaboration across departments.
Requirements
You have a completed bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
You are motivated and enjoy interacting with and supporting customers.
You are reliable and able to work independently with a structured approach.
You are a strong communicator and present yourself confidently in customer conversations.
You have fluent German language skills, both written and spoken, and are confident communicating in English as well.
