Handle all workflow stages of customer leads from 1st response to lead qualification, vehicle availability approval, quotation, payment request and final confirmations.
Collaborate with the content team and operations / delivery team to ensure a smooth process.
Schedule all aspects of tours from car pick up to cleaning, and return.
Requirements
2+ years in customer support or similar function.
Experience using CRM software or communication tools to collaborate.
WIX experience is preferred, although any similar CRM or content management system experience is okay.
Strong at using tools such as Google spreadsheets and Google documents.
Excellent communication skills and positive mindset.
