Plan and execute email and SMS marketing strategies for 5-7 e-commerce brands using Klaviyo and related platforms
Own end-to-end campaign delivery, from strategy and setup through launch, QA, and post-campaign analysis
Act as the primary client contact by joining meetings, sharing weekly performance reports, and responding to questions over Slack and email
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and technicians to launch campaigns accurately and on schedule
Monitor and optimize performance across open rates, click-through rates, and revenue contribution
Run A/B tests, manage segmentation, and build automations that improve engagement and conversions
Ensure every campaign meets quality and compliance standards, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR requirements
Manage tasks and timelines using structured workflows in ClickUp and Slack to keep projects on track

3.5+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce email and SMS marketing with strong Klaviyo expertise (certification preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously without letting execution quality slip
Deep understanding of email and SMS automation, segmentation, and customer journey mapping
Comfortable reviewing designs in Figma and working within project management tools like ClickUp and Slack
Strong written and spoken English with confidence in client-facing communication
A data-driven mindset, with the ability to spot issues, recommend improvements, and act on insights
In-house email marketing experience at a fashion or apparel brand is a strong plus
Experience with Postscript, Attentive, or subscription platforms such as Recharge or Bold is a plus
Structured and detail-oriented, comfortable managing overlapping deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
