Manage a client portfolio with a focus on relationships with senior leadership;
Lead and manage the sales process through all stages;
Actively pursue new business opportunities in the target market;
Build and maintain relationships with business partners, manufacturers, and distributors;
Prepare account plans, commercial proposals, presentations, and periodic forecast reports.

Minimum of 5 years of experience
Experience selling technology and process automation solutions
Experience servicing end customers and managing a client portfolio
Target-driven with a focus on achieving goals
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with internal support teams (pre-sales to post-sales)
Ability to defend technical and commercial proposals
Must operate as a legal entity (Pessoa Jurídica / PJ)
Must have own car
Prior experience working in Santa Catarina
