About this role
Role Overview
Define and execute AMPECO's Sales and Business Development strategy in the Nordic region;
Perform outbound reach and consultative selling to create, develop, and close high-value opportunities in the Nordic region;
Perform key account management on selected strategic clients;
Identify and develop sales-driven partnerships with local thought leaders and influencers;
Provide proactive market intelligence;
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team for local campaigns/events;
Attend local events and represent AMPECO in the region.
Requirements
Previous experience in e-mobility sector in Nordic region is a MUST;
5+ years of solid experience in consultative selling, preferably in enterprise software;
Thought leader in e-mobility bringing a local network of target accounts and partners;
Must be proactive and take ownership of the market;
Hunter mentality;
Expertise to build and maintain relationships from scratch and present a personable and charismatic approach;
Based in the Nordic region;
Willingness to travel internationally;
BA/MA degree in Business or Engineering;
Fluency in English.
