Identify opportunities, initiate and negotiate complex deals and partnerships that deliver real impact
Develop tailored strategies for clients based on market research and business insights
Build and scale a sales network of resellers, game studios, and new business prospects
Create cross-divisional synergies by bringing relevant teams together
Define the Business Development roadmap, set milestones, and develop business cases
Leverage customer feedback to identify cross-selling opportunities and build long-term partnerships
Actively shape growth strategy, drive deals forward, and turn opportunities into real successes
Requirements
At least 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in a senior management role
Strong background in Hosting (and maybe in SaaS and Gaming industries)
Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, fluent in english and a strong passion for sales and making customers happy
Willingness to travel – enjoy meeting clients in person and building strong, lasting partnerships
Passion for developing and maintaining long-term B2B relationships and proven ability to initiate and close complex deals, negotiate with multiple stakeholders and drive significant revenue impact
Experience in building and executing business development roadmaps, creating business cases and leveraging market and customer insights to unlock cross-selling and growth opportunities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
