Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of CareOregon’s information security program
Partner with leaders across the organization to strengthen security governance, reduce risk, and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
Oversee security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and third-party risk
Provide strategic guidance on secure architecture and emerging threats
Manage a high performing security team and foster strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain a resilient enterprise security posture
Requirements
Minimum 6 years’ experience in information security systems, solutions or related services
Experience must include leading teams, including developing and mentoring staff and supporting change management
Leading complex systems projects
Managing vendors and contracts
Developing policy and strategy roadmaps with business partners and aligning work efforts and solutions accordingly
Developing and implementing information or cyber security programs
Preferred Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position or minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory position with completion of CareOregon’s Aspiring Leaders Program
