About this role
Role Overview
Conduct a high volume of prospecting for qualified leads
Work closely and collaboratively with marketing and field sales representatives
Aggressively identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outbound and inbound campaigns using telephone, email, and the web
Schedule meetings for sales representatives and attend conference calls as required
Consistently log all sales-related activity in Salesforce and report progress weekly
Effectively manage leads from multiple sources
Actively participate in process improvements with peers and team leaders
Requirements
An Associates or Bachelors degree in a business-related program.
2+ years of sales experience demonstrating the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of an organization.
Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience meeting and exceeding measurable performance goals.
Technical aptitude to master Salesforce and any implemented technology for BDR team.
Experience within a quota-driven environment is a plus.
Competence in handling objections through superior interpersonal and communication skills as well as solid writing skills.
Understanding of workflow systems and their application to customer business process improvement.
