Supporting Global and Growth Marketing email campaigns by advising on data health, audience segmentation, and strategy.
Developing, maintaining, and optimizing scalable, automated campaigns to attract, engage and nurture customers and prospects.
Creating an informed, decision making environment through KPI/metric analysis, identifying trends/opportunities, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
Supporting data integrity and data management workflows, including list management, data ingestion, and system integrations.
Enabling and educating the global marketing team by developing engaging documentation and training materials
Troubleshooting issues, providing insight, and resolving platform-related challenges (e.g. data discrepancies, monitoring system performance, etc.).
Requirements
Have 2-4 years of relevant marketing automation experience (e.g., Marketo, Marketing Cloud) and a Bachelor's degree
Demonstrate excellent marketing automation capabilities including nurture program creation, email marketing, event programs, and quality assurance.
Have experience in successfully utilizing marketing technology tools that integrate with MA Platforms (Marketo and/or Marketing Cloud)
Be process oriented with excellent technical, analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
Be adept in juggling multiple projects and prioritizing tasks based on business priorities
Be a self-starter who operates with a sense of urgency, critical thought and resourcefulness
Have the ability to think outside the box and present ideas that question the status quo
Embrace, operate, and innovate in an ambiguous environment and methodically articulate/document processes, while driving results.
